Our signature barre classes combine weight training, yoga, and pilates to achieve a full body workout. These classes incorporate a variety of props including weights and resistance bands to tone and lengthen muscles.
This 75 minute class will raise your heart rate. 30 minutes of kickboxing, 30 minutes of Barre and 15 minutes of stretching.
This can be a low or high impact Barre class. It's your choice. The difference between this class and a B~B Barre class is you work 20 seconds on with a 10 second break for 4 minutes to bring up your heart rate. Basically we are adding cardio to our Barre workout! Come try it out. You will love it!
Build your strength and endurance in this 50 min class. Sneakers allowed but only clean and not worn outdoors.
